What using EduLessons means you’ve agreed to.

Plain language, on purpose. This is the agreement between you and EduLessons for using the app and the website — by opening either, you accept it.

What EduLessons is

EduLessons is a learning app and website: narrated lessons, guided practice, and BECE and WASSCE past questions, from Nursery to SHS, built to work with no internet once a class has been opened. The first lesson of every part of every class is free to try, no account and no payment needed.

Accounts

You never need an account to use the free lessons. An account is only for keeping a subscription and, if you choose to turn it on, syncing a learner’s progress across devices. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens on an account signed in as you, the same as with any other service. Tell us at info@edulessons.net if you think someone else has access to your account.

One account may be signed in on a limited number of devices at once, and hold a limited number of learner profiles, so that one subscription serves one household rather than a shared login passed around. We may adjust these limits; we won’t do it to make a household’s existing, ordinary use stop working.

Plans and payment

A plan unlocks every lesson in every class for a fixed number of days from the day you buy it — currently one month or one year (see the Subscribe page in the app for current prices). It does not renew itself: nothing is charged again until you choose to buy again. Prices are set in Ghana cedis for Paystack (card and mobile money) and may be shown in your own currency through Paddle elsewhere; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Payment is handled entirely by Paystack or Paddle — EduLessons never sees or stores a card number. Once a payment is confirmed, our server extends the plan on your account; this can take a minute or two to reach the app if the confirmation has to retry. See Privacy & Return Policy for what happens if a payment does not go as it should.

Acceptable use

Use EduLessons for learning — your own, your household’s, or (with a licence, see below) your school’s. Don’t try to break, scrape, resell, or redistribute the app or its content, or use it in any way that could interfere with it working for other families.

Content and copyright

The lessons, questions, illustrations and narration in EduLessons were made for it and belong to EduLessons. A plan gives your household the right to use them for learning; it does not give you the right to copy, resell or republish them. Full detail is on the Privacy & Return Policy page.

Using EduLessons in a school, district or other organisation, across more devices or classrooms than one household’s plan is meant for, needs its own licence — get in touch at info@edulessons.net.

No guarantee of a particular result

EduLessons is built with real educational care, and we believe in it — but we can’t promise a particular exam grade or outcome for any individual learner. It’s one part of a child’s learning, not a substitute for a teacher or a school.

Availability

We work to keep EduLessons available and working correctly, including offline once a class has been opened, but — like any online service — cannot promise it will be free of faults or interruption every single time, particularly for anything that genuinely needs a connection (signing in, buying a plan, syncing progress).

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as EduLessons changes. Continuing to use the app or website after an update means you accept the new terms; if a change is significant, we’ll try to make that clear rather than let it pass quietly.

Ending an account

You can delete your account at any time from Your account, signed in — see Privacy & Return Policy for exactly what that removes. We may suspend or end an account that seriously misuses the service (see “Acceptable use” above); we’ll aim to tell you why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Nothing here limits any right a consumer protection law in your own country gives you that cannot be waived by agreement.
